The Eastern Himalayas are a birding paradise. With over 500 species, from lowland forests to high-altitude ridges, this region offers some of the best birdwatching in Asia. Add red pandas, Himalayan black bears, and landscapes that will take your breath away – and you have a wilderness experience unlike any other.

I've been birding these mountains for over 20 years. I know the habitats, the seasons, the trails – and most importantly, I know where to find the species you're looking for.
